In our extensive machine shop, we have a number of precision bending machines including 2 fully automated Amada ATC press brakes, a semi-automated LVD press brake and 2 manually operated Amada HFE press brakes.

Our Amada ATC fully automated robotic press brakes are capable of loading any complex tool setup in less than 1 ½ minutes every time, this can be 5 to 20 times quicker than the manual set up.  Not only does this allow us to price competitively but it also supports us in completing “One Off” items. We also have an LVD press brake machine that bends with a laser measuring device 200 times per second, measuring and bending at the same time, continuously, compensating for material thickness and strength. This machine can bend components up to 6 millimeters to an accuracy of 1/10th of a degree every time.

The latest addition to our bending suite of machines is the P2 Salvagnini, capable of performing up to 40 bends per minute unaided.  The set up time is only 5 minutes and it allows us to add radius corners to tray type panels with ease and unrivalled precision.  This unaided handling also ensures repeatability and consistency resulting in the prefect bend every time.
