We have a fully automated powder coating plant with an iron phosphate pre-treatment degreasing facility and large commercial drying and curing ovens.  This is a continuous track process offering increased efficiency and higher volume throughput.  We are able to powder coat large products up to 3000mm x 1250mm on the track and in addition, we have bigger box ovens that can also cater to larger fabrications.

CSM pride ourselves in being able to source your required finish within a 48hr period to deliver the custom finish you deserve.  We have the capability of colour matching through our colour spectrometer matching service.  We can sourse any Colour, RAL number, Pantone, British Standard, Lacquer, Primer, Etch Prime, Under coat and Pre-treatments.

Due to our high level of experience in wet paint we can offer an unrivalled range of finishes from various gloss levels to textures and even a warm soft touch coating.  We can produce high standards of car like finishes to zero defect standards with our skilled and experienced wet paint finisher.  It also means we can do smaller batches of custom colours as well as our high volumes.

We have our own screen printing facility which means you can have your own corporate identity printed to the highest standards on glass, labels, and in fine detail on control panels.
