Our strength is in the knowledge, experience, expertise and dedication of our team.  We have multiple staff who have been with us over 20 years and that experience shows in our attention to detail from start to finish.  This allows us to offer innovative designs and solutions that can improve quality, reproducibility, consistency and reduce costs.

Paul King
Paul KingManaging Director
With a wealth of experience in Design and Engineering Paul is the heart of the business with his hand in Sales, Customer Service and Design. As an MD he’s keen to stay involved in the process and is always present on the factory floor.
Lorraine King
Lorraine KingFinancial Director
Spending her career working in accounts Lorraine looks after all of the companies finances and over sees all purchasing, stock and inventory for the business. Lorraine also looks after the office team and supports with all HR matters.
Eleanor Brown
Eleanor BrownManufacturing Manager
From DNA to Vinegar to Loft Insulation, Eleanor has had a varied career in the world of manufacturing and a passion for Lean Practices. She has a keen eye for the data and where to go to increase efficiency, improve quality and understand the capacity.
Darren Moulding
Darren MouldingDesign Engineering Manager
Darren Has spent his entire working career at CSM starting as an apprentice. There isn’t much Darren doesn’t know and he loves the challenge of the HVac Systems and ensuring his designs translate in the final product. He also enjoys sharing his knowledge and experience by leading our design team.
Gordon Farnworth
Gordon FarnworthProduction Manager
Gordon has also worked his way up through CSM and their isn’t much about the process he doesn’t know. He spins many plates in keeping everything working together to ensure your order is out on time to the required quality standards.
